Requirements Significant digital consulting experience focusing on digital transformation and technical consulting the Digital Services Consulting Director needs to be results driven, detail orientated, ambitious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Performance - build the profile of the consultancy practice, focusing on revenue generation, quality delivery and a joined-up approach across the consulting team. Operate in a collaborative, advisory capacity whilst instilling confidence. Leadership - take the lead in consulting delivery, ensuring that clients are delighted and the broader team are onboard and contributing effectively.
Be seen as the go-to person for advice and support on all things consulting. People - have a strong focus on developing knowledge across peers and the wider SME group, building relationships based on openness, trust and reliability.
Operations - leading a small team and drawing on subject matter expertise across the agency, introduce rigour and professionalism to the consulting approach, developing and educating people along the way to build an integrated consultancy practice

In particular, your areas of focus and contribution will be: Services development - building a suite of consulting services and associated processes to provide first in class digital services consulting capabilityĪgency collaboration - collaborating with subject matter experts across the agency, lead and shape responses to client briefs, solve problems and think proactively about how to position CDS’ expertise, knowledge and capability Responsibilities Acting as a member of the agency senior management team, this role will be integral to educating and solidifying our digital consulting capability.
